Refund policy

 

Thank you for purchasing our product. This policy is intended to clearly define the return and refund rules for digital download products such as Kontakt libraries. Please read it carefully before making your purchase.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this policy. We reserve the right to update and interpret this policy.


1. Nature of the Product

Kontakt libraries are digital download products. Once delivered, they cannot be physically reclaimed or have their licenses revoked. Therefore, we do not offer unconditional returns or refunds. All sales are considered final, and refund requests will not be accepted except under the limited circumstances listed in Section 4 below.


2. Situations in Which Refunds Are Not Applicable (including but not limited to):

  • Dissatisfaction with sound quality due to subjective taste, sound style, or unmet expectations;

  • Insufficient understanding of the product: failure to listen to demos, read product descriptions, or check system requirements in advance;

  • Technical issues that can be resolved: installation, authorization, compatibility issues?atechnical support will be provided;

  • After the product has been successfully downloaded;

  • Change of mind after purchase;

  • Issues caused by personal equipment or software environment (not product defects);

  • Loss of files due to failure to back up properly.


3. Obligations Before Purchase

We strongly recommend that you:

  • Carefully read the product description, system requirements, and demo audio on the product page;

  • Ensure your computer system and Kontakt version meet the required specifications;

  • Contact customer service before purchasing if you have any questions.


4. Possible Exceptions (Subject to Strict Review)

Refund requests may be submitted only under very exceptional circumstances, and we reserve the final right of decision:

  • Duplicate purchase: must provide records for both orders;

  • Corrupted files that cannot be re-downloaded: confirmed by technical staff as a server-side issue;

  • Product severely inconsistent with its description: such as missing specific functions or content explicitly stated on the product page, and the issue cannot be fixed through updates.


5. Refund Application Process

If you believe you qualify under the above exceptions:

  • Contact customer service within 3 days of purchase; late requests will not be accepted;

  • Provide your order number, detailed description of the issue, and relevant evidence (e.g., screenshots, comparison showing inconsistency);

  • We will review and respond within 5 business days. If your case meets the exception criteria, a refund will be issued to your original payment method;

  • Once a refund is granted, your product license will be revoked, and you must immediately delete all related files.
